Location of the Festival

The festival is held half a mile east of Sedbergh on the A683 Kirkby Stephen road. It's a fantastic site under the Howgill Fells in Cumbria, UK.
Camping at the Festival

The camping is basic but comfortable with clean toilets, showers, mains water and Elsan waste disposal point. Weather permitting you can park next to your tent. Camper vans and Caravans are welcome at no extra cost. There are no electric hook ups.

The site is stunning and right next to the festival itself. Camping will open at 11:00am on the Friday and please leave the site by 1:00pm on the Monday.

A camping ticket is for the whole weekend, under 11's are free. See the Tickets page for details.

Camping must be booked in advance as camping tickets will not be available over the weekend itself. Sorry we do not offer tickets for individual night's camping.

Dogs at the Festival

As a general rule well behaved, quiet dogs that get on well with people and other dogs are allowed on the festival site and campsite but they are not allowed in to the festival marquees.

All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and you need to scoop, bag and dispose of their poop.

The festival reserves the right to ask the owners of any dog to remove the dog from the site.

Shuttle Bus to Sedbergh

A shuttle bus will run to and from the festival site into Sedbergh during the festival so you can buy provisions, visit its many bookshops, cafés, pubs etc...  times for the bus are to be confirmed for 2011.

Parking for Non Campers

Weather permitting, there will be free on site parking for all attending the festival.

Facilities for People With Disabilities

The festival site and venues are accessible by wheel chair users with disabled parking on site close to the venues.

Assistance dogs are allowed in to the festival marquees.

The toilets and the showers have disabled access.

If you are camping on site you will be able to park next to your tent, weather permitting.

Our volunteer stewards are always ready to assist with any special needs.
